In late 2025, LifeWeb 360 was acquired by HistoryIT and has evolved into MemoryPort — a digital commemoration and engagement platform designed for member-based nonprofits and people-centered organizations.

MemoryPort helps organizations honor the individuals who shape their communities, keep members informed about passings and important life events, and preserve the stories that define belonging across generations. Through a branded, searchable Commemoration Site, organizations can provide a dignified, centralized space for tributes, memories, and updates — strengthening connection while reducing manual administrative burden.

To support this expanded mission, MemoryPort is now offered as an organization-focused platform and is no longer available as a free product for individuals.
