LifeWeb 360 was acquired by HistoryIT in late 2025 and has evolved into MemoryPort — a platform that helps people-centered organizations honor individuals, keep communities informed, and preserve member stories over time.

To support this mission, MemoryPort is now offered as an organization-focused platform and is no longer offered as a free product for individuals.
